Welcome to the course! In this class, we focus on one of the most essential and expressive parts of character creation: sculpting stylized hair in ZBrush.

Throughout the course, we’ll explore both the artistic theory and practical techniques behind creating appealing, believable stylized hair. The course is structured to guide you from foundational concepts to a fully detailed and polished hair sculpt, ready for presentation or integration into a character model.

• Lecture 01 – General Blockout (Laying the foundation: establishing volume and major shapes)
• Lecture 02 – Hair Layering (Building structure through overlapping forms and controlled flow)
• Lecture 03 – Flyaways & Blockout Finalization (Adding secondary shapes, flyaways, and refining the silhouette)
• Lecture 04 – Final Detailing & Polypaint (Finishing the sculpt with high-frequency details and optional polypainting for visual clarity)
