This is a 3D pack that contain different types of SciFi furniture that are optimized for game engines like UE4 and Unity. Assets:

Bed, tris: 8640 Desk, tris: 688 Sofa, tris: 22424 Stool, tris: 18496 Table, tris: 396

Formats:

-.mb -.max -.obj -.fbx -.uasset -.unitypackage

In this package, the textures are also included for evey single asset. Every asset has three texture sets(Vray, Unity, UE4) at 4k(4096x4096) resolution. Textures:

-Vray(Diffuse, Spec/Glossines, ior, normal, height) -UE4(BaseColor, Metallic/Roughness/Occlusion, Normal) -Unity(Albedo/Transparency, Metallic/Smoothness, Normal)

Beside assets and textures i also included scenes in Unity and UE4 with assets already prepared, so you can just open those scenes and prevew models instantly inside game engines.
