Bangkok has got a real cyberpunk vibe that surpasses Hong Kong from the way I saw it. The contrasts between rich and poor are extreme. You can drink a 20-25 dollar cocktail at a high-rise rooftop bar or have a meal for less than 1 dollar in the slums, take a taxi for 10 dollars or cover same distance for 20 cents on a bus.
