Set of Elaeocarpus Hainanensis Trees
2 Elaeocarpus Hainanensis trees in the scene.
Hainan Elaeocarpus is a flowering evergreen tree or large shrub native to the Hainan Islands off the south coast of China (hence its common name). It is commonly found in tropical or subtropical settings in China and Indochina. It is a small tree, typically growing to 16 to 20 feet high and often used as an indoor or container ornamental. Hainan Elaeocarpus prefers full sun and well-drained, moderately damp soils and is drought tolerant. When in blossom, the tree's branches are covered with sweetly scented white flowers set against glossy green leaves.
