Fortuneteller Baba (占いババ Uranai Baba, lit. "Fortune-teller Hag") is an old witch and the older sister of Master Roshi. Baba has a very old and weathered appearance. She is short enough that her body can neatly fit on top of the Glass Ball that she uses to move around on.
