3D printing settings Recommended Print Settings & Tips:

Printer Type: FDM or Resin (both work well)

Layer Height: 0.16 – 0.20 mm (FDM) for smooth surface details

Infill: 15–20% is enough for stability

Supports: Required for the hat brim, chin, and some parts of the base logo

Perimeters/Walls: 3 walls recommended for strength

Print Orientation: Upright for bust (default), base can be printed flat separately if needed

Material: PLA, PETG, or resin for the best detail and paint finish

Bed Adhesion: Brim recommended to avoid warping (especially for the base)

Post-Processing: Sanding + primer for FDM prints, resin prints can be directly primed and painted
