Weedo Tina2 improvement parts.

These are improvement parts for your Weedo Tina2 3D printer and can be printed by your Tina2.
This upgrade is intended to make the "loading/unloading" filament procedure easier by providing a more ergonomic and efficient thumb placement resulting in an increased fingers pinch force.
The "Fine Tuning" add-on let you precisely control the feeder's grip pressure over the filament. A "Lock Up" position mechanism is included.
The "Front Load" part allow front access to the filament release mechanism.

This pack includes "Basic" + "Fine Tuning" + "Front Load" (see below).

WARNING : this upgrade isn't compatible with my 1kg spool holders V1 or V2.
I might have to design a V3...

FEEDER UPGRADE OPTIONS EXPLAINED

• "Basic" : only includes the "Top_Platform" part (painless filament loading/unloading)
• "Fine Tuning" (add-on) : filament grip pressure control add-on for "Basic" ("Basic" is mandatory)
• "Front Load" : allow front access to the filament release mechanism
• "Complete" pack : all included ("Basic" + "Fine Tuning" + "Front Load")

Print Settings

• Rafts : No
• Supports : No
• Resolution : 0.2mm layer thickness
• Infill : 20%

Post printing

Remove the included small supports (shown red) and clip the big part on the original feeder's top platform.
Insert two M4 nuts and a 50mm M4 bolt and mount the "Fine Tuning" add-on.
Simply follow the included Instructions.pdf file.
