What is the Ditto Addon?

Ditto is an addon made for Blender 4.1, primarily to utilize the menu system that was implemented. This addon takes advantage of various tools and operations to provide an auto-blending experience for hobbyists and even professionals. This tool does not replace your creativity, it allows you to achieve it with less stress and even change it with little effort, using various methods.

The main core features for this addon are Voxel Remeshing, Metaball Curve (MCurve), Boolean, Remesh, and Misc setups using Geometry Nodes for a more procedural experience. Although the Boolean and Remesh options are intended to be used post or after converting the mesh, they don't have to be used that way.

This addon is intended to provide as much freedom as possible for creativity and to allow one to quickly create with ease, even using prebuilt mods and object setups for faster creation.

Who is the Ditto Addon for?

Anyone wanting to add a fast and flexible option to their workflow should consider this addon. Although a fast PC is expected for most heavy-duty operations, this addon was built with low-spec PCs in mind. It has settings for quick access and easy adjustment of resolution to allow faster work if necessary on slower PCs.

MCurve:

Change the Size of the MCurve, and adjusted it so it will load faster and be quicker to use.

Made it easier to select MCurve via a Square on the Multi, and a Bounding Box on the Single.

Quick Add:

Menus that only work in Obj Mode will disappear when in edit mode.

Quick Obj Settings:

Curve settings will only show now when selecting a curve.

Metaball settings will only show when selecting a metaball.

Lattice Settings will only show when selecting a lattice.
