Fbx model can be used in any 3d program. The asset also includes a unitypackage with prefabs of each model to drop directly into your game.

There are two Materials (PBR) with 4k resolution textures.

The Materials contain the following texturemaps:

-Albedo -Metallic with smoothness -Normal -Occlusion

In Addition there is a shader applied to the door prefab which contains a blood effect.
