⚠️ Important Requirements & Warnings

• First Person mode is NOT supported

• Disable or remove any previous versions before installing
• Update Fluffy Mod Manager to the latest version
• Requires Genuine Steam version of the game

📥 Installation Guide

1. Download and install Fluffy Mod Manager (if not already installed).
2. Download the mod archive and place it in your Fluffy Mod Directory:
   C:\Users\[YourUsername]\AppData\Roaming\FluffyModManager\Games\RE9\Mods
3. Refresh the mod list in Fluffy Mod Manager.
4. Search for "Whisper" (it may appear under Other / RE Framework section).
5. Install the latest RE Framework:
   • GitHub Nightly ← Recommended
   • If latest RE Framework doesn't work, try previous until the game launches. I've tested with this one REF Nightly 01373 - download REFramework9.zip
6. Install ReFramework Direct 2D.
7. Launch the game, press INS to open the RE Framework menu, and enable:
   • Pak Loading
   • Loose File Loading
8. Restart the game.
9. Find the mod menu button in RE Framework menu: "Script Generated UI -> Whisper -> Mod Window"

Troubleshooting

1. Try removing "Natives", "pak_mods", "reframework" folders from the game folder and reinstall the mod from Fluffy
2. If that doesn't work go to Steam, Right Click Resident Evil Requeiem->Installed Files->Verify Integrity of the files
3. Repeat all steps from the installation guide
4. If mod doesn't save its state between game sessions or cutscenes, your current user probably doesn't have perms to write to the folder. Find your "reframework" folder in your game directory (where RE9.EXE resides) and give your user full permissions to reframework folder
