If you ever wished you could sell on Cubebrush but also reach all your past customers acquired on other platforms - now you can!

Today we're launching an incredibly important feature for all sellers on Cubebrush or selling elsewhere that have contemplated (understandably so!) selling on Cubebrush. You will now have the option to directly import your external email lists to your store, adding all your loyal customers to your Cubebrush store Followers.

How this works

Let's say you have a newsletter list of significant size on mailchimp or have lots of emails collected over the years on other selling platforms - you obviously wouldn't want to lose them by moving your business to Cubebrush, right? Of course not.

The geat news is that now, you wouldn't.

All you have to do is import those lists using our new Follower Import tool and in just a few short seconds, all your external email lists and all your followers will be consolidated in one place - in your Cubebrush account.

To import Followers, you have 2 simple options:

• Enter each email manually or;
• Upload a CSV file with any number of emails

What are "Followers" on Cubebrush you ask? 

Followers can be one of 2 things:

1. Past Customers
2. Potential Customers (we call those Followers)

When you add Followers using the new Import tool, they will remain just that, followers. This means the ONLY emails they will receive after the transfer are email notifications from your own store. Those include notification emails when you release a new product or when you create a discount.

That is the extent of it. We won't advertise to them nor will they receive any other Cubebrush emails - it's strictly limited to your very own store updates and that's all (until they shop on Cubebrush).

We're proud to say this feature is 100% free as a Cubebrush seller. We'll never charge you to add new followers, and we'll never charge you when you send discount emails to your audience. We cover all the associated costs.
